HISTORY MANAGEMENT DEVICE

HISTORY MANAGEMENT DEVICE, HISTORY MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM

Technical Background

Technologies regarding inventory management are known.
For example, a technology is known comprising of an inventory information storage unit that stores, as inventory information, a reel ID assigned to each reel of an inventory part for identifying the reel in addition to a storage place of inventory parts and an inventory quantity; a high-order information storage unit that stores information regarding progress of work to high order; a dispatch request information storage unit that stores information regarding progress of processing for a dispatch request created based on high order; and a processing unit that performs reel allocation processing of inventory parts and creation of a dispatch request, and performs input of dispatch performance and reception performance, wherein the processing unit specifies an item, a storage place, a dispatch quantity, and a reel ID to create a dispatch request for a reel of an inventory part, and introduces a status called a temporary dispatch state as an inventory state of reel to perform inventory management.

Current Problems

Since purchased products, sales products, and inventory products are not managed centrally, there are problems such as whether all the items in a purchase bill have certainly been purchased, whether an error has occurred in sales, whether inventory items have been received onto shelves as calculated, and whether an inventory quantity is always correct.
These problems are experienced equally by all businesses. No matter how high-performance computers to be used for calculations are, humans need to visually check them at the end. The more the number of products increases, the more time and cost consuming it becomes.

Means for Solving Problems

In order to solve the above problems, a sequence history management device is provided.
This history management device solves the above problems by control of storing the quantity of management target objects into a first storage unit storing first information associated with a unique first number, and the quantity of the management target objects into a second storage unit storing second information allocated with a unique second number and a unique first flag indicative of presence of management target objects for each set quantity set in advance.
Storing quantity decreased in accordance with a decrease in management target objects into the first storage unit in association with a new first number; and
Changing the first flag of the second information which is stored in the second storage unit into a second flag indicating that no management target objects exist in accordance with the decreased quantity of the management target objects.

Advantageous Effect of the Invention

Management of logistics history can be made easy.

Scope of Claims

[Claim 1]

A history management device comprising of a first storage unit storing first information in which a quantity of management target objects is associated with a unique first number, a second storage unit storing second information in which a quantity of the management target objects is allocated, for each set quantity set in advance, with a unique second number and a unique first flag indicative of presence of the management target object; and a control unit that stores a decreased quantity of the management target objects in accordance with a decrease in the management target objects into the first storage unit in association with the first number that is new, and changes the first flag of the second information in which a decreased quantity of the management target objects is stored in the second storage unit into a second flag indicating that no management target objects exist.

[Claim 2]

The history management device according to claim 1, wherein the control unit changes, to the second flag, the first flag of the second information extracted in ascending order of the second number by a decreased quantity of the management target objects.

[Claim 3]

The history management device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the control unit stores, into the first storage unit, the first information in which an increased quantity of the management target objects in accordance with an increase in the management target objects is associated with the first number that is new, and stores, into the second storage unit, second information in which a quantity of the management target objects is allocated, for each set quantity set in advance, with a unique second number and a unique first flag indicative of presence of the management target object.

[Claim 4]

The history management device according to claim 1, further comprising of a third storage unit storing quantity information associated with the set quantity for each type of the management target objects, wherein the control unit stores, into the first storage unit, first information in which a quantity of the management target objects is associated with the first number for each type of the management target objects, and stores, into a second storage unit, second information allocated with a unique second number and the first flag for each set quantity with reference to the quantity information.

[Claim 5]

The history management device according to claim 4, wherein the control unit stores, into the first storage unit, first information in which an increased quantity of the management target objects for each type of the management target objects in accordance with an increase in the management target objects is associated with the first number that is new, and stores, into a second storage unit, second information in which a quantity of the management target objects is allocated, for each set quantity set, with a unique second number and the first flag.

[Claim 6]

The history management device according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the control unit further associates third information for positioning with the second information, and upon receiving an input indicating that a management target object has arrived at a destination, changes the second flag of the second information into a third flag indicative of arrival at a destination.

[Claim 7]

The history management device according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the control unit outputs the first information allocated with the first flag.

[Claim 8]

A history management method, wherein a computer stores a quantity of management target objects into a first storage unit storing first information in which the quantity of management target objects is associated with a unique first number,
stores, into a second storage unit, second information in which a quantity of the management target objects is allocated, for each set quantity set in advance, with a unique second number and a unique first flag indicative of presence of the management target object, stores a decreased quantity of the management target objects in accordance with a decrease in the management target objects into the first storage unit in association with the first number that is new, and changes the first flag of the second information in the second storage unit in which a decreased quantity of the management target objects is stored into a second flag indicating that no management target objects exist.

[Claim 9]

A program causing a computer to execute processing of storing a quantity of management target objects into a first storage unit storing first information in which the quantity of management target objects is associated with a unique first number, storing, into a second storage unit, second information in which a quantity of the management target objects is allocated, for each set quantity set in advance, with a unique second number and a unique first flag indicative of presence of the management target object, storing a decreased quantity of the management target objects in accordance with a decrease in the management target objects into the first storage unit in association with the first number that is new, and changing the first flag of the second information in which a decreased quantity of the management target objects is stored in the second storage unit into a second flag indicating that no management target objects exist.
