PAPER SHRED RESTORATION DEVICE
Technical Background
There are known methods for evaluating shredding performance of a shredder.
For example, there is a known shredder performance evaluation method including, when evaluating shredding performance of a shredder, creating a visual shredded chip by shredding a shredded object recorded in letters with a selected font size into a shredding dimension in accordance with performance of the shredder, and displaying the visual shredded chip on a performance evaluation display object together with the font size of a letter.
Current Problems
There is a known technology in which this performance evaluation method includes creating a visual shredded chip as an enlarged shredded chip model in which vertical and horizontal dimensions of a shredded chip of a real size in accordance with a shredding dimension are enlarged, and a visual shredded chip can restore a shredded model before shredding by combining a plurality of enlarged shredded chip models so as to be arranged at a predetermined position decided in advance.
Existing patents describe theoretical restoration methods.
For example, a restoration method of combining and arranging shredded models side by side is described.
However, there is no disclosure nor suggestion as to how to combine an object once shredded.
Note that while a piece of paper shredded by a shredder is explained, there is a similar problem in other fields where an object once separated is restored.
The object of the present invention is to easily restore an object once separated.
Means for Solving Problems
In order to achieve the above object, the disclosed restoration device is provided.
This restoration device includes a passage for passing a shredded body which is a shredded restoration target object; an image-capturing unit that captures a shredded body passing through the passage; and a restoration unit that restores, in a viewable manner, content of the restoration target object based on an image captured by the image-capturing unit.
This can easily restore an object once separated.
Scope of Claims
[Claim 1]
A restoration device comprising of a passage for passing a shredded body which is a shredded restoration target object; an image-capturing unit that captures a shredded body passing through the passage; a restoration unit that restores, in a viewable manner, content of the restoration target object based on an image captured by the image-capturing unit; and a leading unit leading the shredded body to the passage one by one by blowing, wherein the restoration unit measures a dimension of the restoration target object based on an image captured by the image-capturing unit, specifies the shredded body adjacent based on a measurement result, and judges presence of contradiction in continuity of a letter, an image, or a pattern drawn on the shredded body that is adjacent.
[Claim 2]
The restoration device according to claim 1, further comprising of: a box body containing the shredded body; a blow unit that moves the shredded body to a predetermined position by blowing; a detection unit that detects a shredded body positioned in a predetermined position; and a moving unit that moves a detected shredded body to a position where the leading unit can lead a shredded body to the passage.
[Claim 3]
The restoration device according to claim 2, wherein the moving unit further includes a loss portion where a part of a detected shredded body is lost and mass of the shredded body is reduced.
